VineClub™ has been set up to deliver quality wines at realistic prices to members of the Club.   Any personal information held by VineClub about you will never be shared with another organisation.

You have the right under the Privacy Act 1993 to access any mailing information held by us and to correct or delete any information about you.

A Member has an obligation to protect the privacy of an individual's personal information that the Member acquires or hears about in the course of a Membership, that is information about an individual i.e. customer or another Member where their identity can be ascertained from that information, and agrees to be bound by the Privacy Act 1993 in relation to information obtained by the Member about individuals in the course of the Membership.

A Member can only lawfully collect personal information about a third party where it is necessary for the Member's Membership and can only be used for the purpose of the Membership.
