Terms and Conditions
Supply of Liquor to Minors. Please refer to our Host Responsibility page.
It is illegal to sell wine to persons under the age of 18.
It is illegal to purchase wine from us if you are under the age of 18 and falsify your details in order to buy wine.
VineClub™ requires you to sign a declaration on joining as a Member that you are over 18 years of age.
Prices.
Any prices displayed on this site will state whether GST is included or excluded.
Case prices are for a case of wine of any type available as a stock item.
The number of units in a wine case is 12. Other products when available will have the stated number of stock units in them.
Minimum Order Requirements.
There is no minimum order quantity but orders are for per case, not bottle.
Freight Costs.
Freight is $10 per case, anywhere in the mainland North or South Islands of New Zealand.
For delivery to areas outside the main islands, (i.e. Waiheke or Stewart Island) an additional delivery charge will apply. We will advise this additional charge as prices come to hand. If you are from one of these outer islands, please email info@vineclub.co.nz and we will advise you the extra freight charge.
Product Guarantees.
If your delivery has been damaged in transit, you receive corked or faulty wine; we will replace it for you. Please refer to our Policies and Procedures for returning product to VineClub ™.
Please note that damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Insurance.
VineClub™ insures its products up to the point where they are delivered to your address.
We are not responsible for damage or theft of goods beyond this point.
Privacy Statement.
VineClub™ has been set up to deliver quality wines at realistic prices to members of the Club. Any personal information held by VineClub™ about you will never be shared with another organisation.
Payment
If we accept your order for products, you must pay us the purchase price and delivery charges specified at the time of submitting your order. All amounts payable are calculated in New Zealand dollars.
If your credit card details are invalid or the financial institution responsible for your credit card does not approve the purchase transaction, we may stop delivery of the goods or keep the goods until payment is made.
Copyright
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images and software, is the absolute property of VineClub™, or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. This excludes property in which the rights of third parties are explicitly and immediately acknowledged.
Any improper use, including but not limited to the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication or display of the content on this site is strictly prohibited.
Trademarks
All logos and names on this site, which are registered as trademarks in New Zealand, may not be used by another party without the express permission of VineClub™ .
Liquor Licensing Laws
We operate under Liquor Licence Number 039/OFF/10/2008. Under New Zealand law, alcoholic beverages can only be sold to persons over the age of 18 years.
Delivery Limitations
We do not deliver goods outside of New Zealand at this time. Please refer to our Policies and Procedures
